Return Policy

Products can be returned or replaced only if they are eligible as per the information provided below: 
1. Returns are only arranged for the pin codes covered by our return courier partners. After receiving the returned products at our return & replacement center, it will be thoroughly checked and replaced accordingly. You will receive either the replaced product or a full refund in the form of account transfer or store credit. The store credit can be redeemed anytime during your future purchase at www.heevworld.com

2. The return and exchange facility can be availed within 7 days of the goods being delivered. We are not liable for any errors after this period. 

3. Returns will only be accepted if the goods are unused and returned in their original packing. 

4. There are certain areas where we cannot provide a pick-up service as they are not covered by our courier partner. Thus, you can ship your consignment through any courier service. 

5. The refund will be made within 72 hours after the consignment will be received by us. And, the replacement will be done within 72 hours after the request has been raised. 

6. To raise the return and refund request, sign in to our website with your account details and select the return or replace option for your current order, if you are an existing customer.

7. You are required to include all the original packing materials, manuals, and accessories that came along with the product. The product should be in the same condition as delivered.

8. The transit time for the returned package to reach our center is usually 8-10 business days. The replaced product is shipped instantly to the customer after all quality checks. A refund may be initiated as per policy.

9. No return / refund and replacement are available on Flash Sale / Clearance products order.

Please Note:- Orders are eligible for cancellation only if a cancellation request is received prior to the shipping of the goods. 

Note:- Shipping service will be suspended from September 7 September 2023 to 12 September 2023, due to the G20 Summit in New Delhi.
